Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita
AMIDST purported resignation of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, there appeared a clear signal on Friday that she has fully returned to her duties following the intervention of President Muhammadu Buhari.
