FG, create employment to minimise crime, poverty

Crime and unemployment are hazardous to a nation’s development. They discourage investors. Although the Federal Government’s efforts on job creation through the National Directorate on Employment (NDE) are commendable, poor funding is a problem.

The Federal Government should create an avenue for small-scale businesses so that youths would be fully employed. This way, crime would be reduced because an idle hand is the devil’s workshop. Government should direct all financial agencies to reduce the interest charged on loans and make loans easily available. This will boost our economy and IGR.
