FG approves redeployment of permanent secretaries

THE Federal Government has approved the redeployment of some Permanent Secretaries in the Federal Civil Service.

Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, gave the approval according to a circular issued by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, on Tuesday in Abuja.

The circular indicated that the Permanent Secretary, Engr Abubakar Magaji, has been moved from the Ministry of Works and Housing to the Federal Ministry of Interior.

While Magaji, is being replaced by Mr Mohammad Bukar, from the General Services Office (GSO), Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), Dr Roy Ugo, has been moved from OSGF-CAO to replace Bukar at OSGF- GSO.

The Head of Civil Service in the circular, directed that the handing and taking over processes should be completed on or before Friday 30th June 2017.
