It was a festival of fashion, style, glamour and beauty, mixed with food, music and entertainment at the Zenith Bank Lifestyle Fair, in conjunction with Fashion One, a foremost international lifestyle and entertainment company, at the Eko Energy City Grounds, Lagos, on November 29th to the December 1st, 2019.
The three-day event, which featured top runway models, all glammed up by designers, also included beauticians, lifestyle products, food and confectionary, accessory makers and master classes organised for attendees.
The classes were facilitated by renowned celebrities such as Ramsey Nouah, Eucharia Anunobi, Shaffy Bello and Mo Abudu, CEO of EbonyLife TV.
Also present was the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who spoke extensively on making Lagos State the hub of fashion and entertainment in Nigeria and also creating an enabling environment for Small and Medium-sized Entreprises in Lagos State.
Abia State governor, Okezie Ikpeazu who spoke on the creativity of the Abia State people, stated that before 2023, Aba would have taken over the shoe industry, not only in Africa, but around the globe.
Chairman of Zenith Bank Plc, Jim Ovia, said that asides from passion for a business which is key, building one’s infrastructure is also important, as well as getting down to work, stopping all complaints and becoming the solution.
Artistes who performed at the event were Davido, Fireboy, 2face, Joeboy, Dbanj, Niniola, Flavour, Yemi Alade, Tekno and others.
Designers for the runway also included Trish O, House of Kaya, Made in Aba, Mai Atafo, Gigg house of Splendour, 1407 Style and so on.
