The lawmaker representing Ijesa South in the House of Representatives, Hon Israel Ajibola Famurewa has congratulated lawmakers who were elected under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), in Osun State.
In a release he made available on Sunday, Famurewa attributed the victory of 22 out of the 26 seats in the Osun State House of Assembly to the giant strides of the ruling administration.
According to Famurewa, the candidate for APC in Osun East Senatorial District election recently, the APC lawmakers should make themselves good ambassadors of the state.

He said they should be ready to serve the state and also complement the efforts of past lawmakers in ensuring developmental legislation for the state.
He said: “I congratulate all the APC lawmakers elected by the voters of Osun state to represent them in the House of Assembly. It was a great feat.
” This shows that APC is working in Osun and that people are ready to keep enjoying the dividends of democracy that our party has been providing.
“While congratulating our newly elected honourables, I want to urge them to make themselves ambassadors of peace, growth and development.
” They should ensure that they serve the state with everything they have and complement the efforts of the executive arm of government in the state. “
