In a ceremony celebrating excellence and leadership across the African continent, Fabian George and his partner, John Igbinosa, were honoured with the prestigious “Royal African Young Leadership Forum Award” by the Ooni of Ife, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (the Ọjájá II) CFR.

The award recognises them as part of the top 100 African youths making significant strides in various sectors across the continent, with representation from about 40 African countries.

The award ceremony was not just a recognition but also an enriching experience that included visits to key figures and landmarks in Nigeria. Fabian and John had the opportunity to visit the Dangote Refinery, meet with a past president of Nigeria, His Excellency Olusegun Obasanjo and engage with the Ogun state governor, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun culminating in an insightful session with the Ooni of Ife himself.

Fabian George and John Igbinosa are the driving forces behind Equity Circle, a leading real estate company, and Cuddle Infrastructure Finance Corporation, an innovative asset finance company. Through these ventures, they have significantly impacted the real estate and asset financing sectors, driving growth and innovation that have had a lasting impact across Africa.

Their work has not only transformed local economies but also empowered communities by creating sustainable investment opportunities and advancing financial inclusivity.

Fabian George stated, “This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication we’ve put into our ventures across Africa. It’s an honour to be recognized by such a respected figure as the Ooni of Ife and to be counted among the top African youths making a difference on the continent.”

John Igbinosa added, “Our journey with Equity Circle and Cuddle Infrastructure Finance Corporation has been about more than just business; it’s about building a legacy that supports the economic development of Africa. This award validates our mission and inspires us to continue pushing boundaries.”

The Royal African Young Leadership Forum is more than just an organisation; it symbolizes the growing influence of young African leaders who are shaping the future of the continent.
