Eunisell Interlinked Plc appoints Chika Ikenga as new Chairman

Eunisell Interlinked Plc, an engineering and technology solution firm has announced Mr Chika Ikenga as its new chairman.

Ikenga takes over from Mr Fabian Nnadozie based on retirement.

In a statement signed by Christan Wright, Head Admin, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public, Ikenga’s appointment took effect from June 2023.

Ikenga is the Founder and Managing Director of Eunisell Limited and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. He has systematically built up Eunisell over the past 27 years into one of Africa’s leading companies in the chemicals and oil and gas sector.

He founded Eunisell Limited in 1996 with the mission of bringing world-class chemical solutions to companies operating in Africa. Before founding and leading Eunisell, Ikenga had worked with Ibachem, an affiliate of Dow Chemicals.

Ikenga is also the founder of Recare Limited, the owner of Natures Gentle Touch haircare brand. In 2004, he acquired Hair Savvy Cosmetics, a South African cosmetics company and successfully merged the companies to form Recare Cosmetics South Africa.

Ikenga holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also attended a Management course at Lagos Business School and a Leadership Course at Cambridge University.

In 2021, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture awarded him an Honourary Doctorate Degree.
