One of the nation’s telecoms companies, Etisalat, over the weekend, in Lagos, further demonstrated its commitment to customer-centricity, as it launched a repackaged Easy Cliq, that provides customers the freedom and power to choose from a range of bonus options.
The official launch of the revamped Easy Cliq was preceded by the #BreakFree campaign which featured different events such as a flash
mob orchestrated by dozens of youths at the Ikeja City Mall in Lagos and Jabi Lake Mall in Abuja and an exuberant 24-hour party, held in
Lagos.
The #BreakFree campaign, which encourages Nigerians to live outside the box and embrace opportunities to actualise their dreams, is aimed at portraying the value Etisalat has brought to customers with the revamped Easy Cliq.
Speaking on the new package, Vice President, Marketing, Etisalat Nigeria, Adebisi Idowu described the new EasyCliq as a clear demonstration of the company’s competitive edge and continuous commitment to smart innovations.
“At Etisalat, we have proven it time and again that we can consistently stay ahead of the game when it comes to innovation and offering the best deals to our customers. With the revamped EasyCliq, we have again shown leadership in our industry by giving our customers the power and freedom to choose what they prefer from multiple bonus options,” he stated.
According to him, the packaged provides the subscribers the opportunity of selecting any of the three bonus options they prefer.
