Pastor E. A. Adeboye
The prayers were the first set taken by Pastor Adeboye immediately after he began his ministration a few minutes past 11:30pm on Friday at the church’s monthly Holy Ghost Congress programme held at the Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
He prayed saying “Father, let anyone who is involved in the kidnapping let them be taken away if they don’t repent.
“If there be any among the security forces collaborating with these kidnappers, let them be exposed and disgraced.
The man called Daddy G.O also prayed for the return of the children by Sunday saying, “Father, send at least one of the angels of these children and let them be returned to their parents this Sunday.”
Recall that that six students of Igbonla Model College in Epe, Lagos were abducted shortly before Children’s Day celebration. This was not the first time the incident occurred at the school.
Efforts by the relevant authorities to secure the release of the students are yet to yield results.
