The list include 1,055 beneficiaries of livelihood grants under DLI 1.3; 12 communities executing basic projects under DLI 1.4 and about 2,000 Nano, Micro and Small-Scale Enterprises receiving operational support under DLI 3.2.
AK-CARES supervised by the state Ministry of Economic Development has touched many lives, households and communities with grants, agricultural empowerments, life support grants to the poorest of the poor, projects in various communities and grants to SMEs.
One of the footprints of the Governor Umo Eno-led administration since inception has been his continuous empowerment of the people of the state through funding their businesses with grants.
Governor Eno has empowered thousands of SMEs and traders in line with his ARISE Agenda to positively change the economic sphere of the state.
This he has done through Ibom LED programme where over 800 SMEs had received grants for their businesses.
He has also given N1.5 billion grants to traders across the state and other forms of life-touching empowerment programmes in the state.
