Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Juice and zest of lemon
Garlic
Thyme
Black pepper
Salt
Yoghurt
Red paprika
Olive oil
Fresh Parsley.
Preparation
Cut the chicken into cube shape and place it in a bowl. Add lemon juice, zest lemon, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to the chicken. Toss the content until the chicken is evenly coated with marinade. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or up to overnight. Add olive oil in a pan over a medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the pan along with the marinade. Stir the chicken frequently, until it is lightly browned.
It is better served with fresh minced parsley on top.
