The NAPS National President, Comrade Eneji Mohammed and National Publicity Secretary, Olasunkanmi Ijaduoye, expressed their disappointments in the conduct of the officers and men of SARS, adding that the way the police, especially the SARS has continually to pose threat to freedom of life and living of the Nigerian youth is not just intimidating but also appalling and could lead to something else if not curtailed.
“Their inhuman/unpatriotic attitude has led to a situation where we see those that are expected to be role models to youths now appear to be front runners of criminalities in the country,
“Many of men in SARS wear earrings, tattoos and still have the unabated shameless and impunity to arrest and maltreat our students for doing same” he said.
The body thereby reiterates its displeasure at SARS and their conducts and call for the termination of the unit.
It would be recall that the teeming Nigerians had earlier registered their dissatisfactions with the SARS through various campaigns on social media.
