#EndSARS: Court remands two for attempted murder of Osun governor

An Osogbo Magistrate Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun state capital on Wednesday remanded two middle-aged females identified as Suliyat Tajudeen and Ayomide Abdulazeez in Ilesa Correctional centre for alleged attempted murder on the Osun state governor, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola during #EndSARS protest in the state recently.

The accused persons who were charged on a six-count charge bordering on attempted murder, malicious damage, burglary and stealing, pleaded not guilty to the offences preferred against them.

The police prosecutor, John Idoko, however, faulted their claims that they were not guilty and insisted that, they should be punished according to the law of the land.
