The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, has hailed the elevation of the former Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), DCP Moshood Jimoh, to the rank of Commissioner of Police.
The Emir, in a congratulatory message issued by his spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, and made available to newsmen on wednesday, thanked the Police Service Commission (PSC), for finding DCP Jimoh worthy of the new rank.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari further described the former Force spokesman as a diligent and committed officer whose drive for professionalism projected the image of the Nigeria Police accurately and appropriately as a true friend of the people as well as a veritable tool for protection of lives and property across the nation.
He further scored Moshood Jimoh high in his on-the-job training which he acquired both home and abroad with special attention to the leadership and combatant workshops and training attended in Seoul in South Korea and China.
