The police on Tuesday arraigned an electrician, Bashir Yunusa, in an Upper Area court Grade at Mpape in Abuja for allegedly stealing N327, 000 from a pharmacy.
Yunusa, 20, who resides in Kuje Area of Gwagwalada, Abuja is charged with criminal conspiracy and robbery.
The Prosecution Counsel, Austin Urom told the court that the case was reported to the Commissioner of Police(SARS) by Ms Onwumi Oyedokun of the same address.

Urom alleged that the defendant and one other now at large, in August 2018 entered the complainant’s pharmacy, pretending to be customers.
He alleged that the defendant robbed Oyedokun of N327, 000, one infinix cell phone.
The offence, he said, contravened the provisions of sections 97 and 298 of the Penal Code.
The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The Judge, Hassan Muhammad, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two reasonable sureties in like sum.
Muhammad ordered that the sureties must be reliable and must deposit their identity cards at the court registry for verification.
He adjourned the case until July 19 for hearing.
