#ElectionResults: Atiku floors Tinubu, Obi, wins Yobe

For the first time in the history of Yobe State, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has won the state with 198,567 votes.

Declaring the results in Damaturu, Prof Umar Pate, who is the State Returning Officer, said that Atiku polled 198,567 votes while Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) emerged as second with 151,459 votes.

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) scored 18,270 votes.

Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) also scored 2,406 votes.
