The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at of Nigeria has congratulated Muslims across the country on the completion of this year’s Ramadan fast.
In a message on behalf of the Muslim organisation, the Amir (National Head), Alhaji Azeez Alatoye, extended “profound felicitations to the Muslim community in Nigeria on our successful completion of the Ramadan fast and auspicious ushering into the festive day of Eid-ul-Fitr of the year 1446 or 2025.”

Alatoye said, “We should continue the act of fervent prayers after Ramadan as Allah accepts prayers after the month of Ramadan and not only in the month of Ramadan. If this is done, we will achieve nearness unto Allah and obtain His divine blessings.
“May Allah the Almighty make today’s Eid-ul-Fitr a source of our reformation and transformation, a beacon of solution to our multivarious challenges and a harbinger of everlasting divine grace, peace, security and happiness for humanity, at large. Amen!”
