Ekiti Attorney general recovers, tests negative for COVID-19

Ekiti State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Olawale Fapohunda has just announced that he has recovered from COVID-19 and thus, tested negative.

The commissioner made the announcement through the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice social media platforms today, Sunday, August 9, after several weeks of self-isolating, as he said he was up and about, grateful to God.

In his words: “Dear All, I am grateful and truly thankful for the prayers and words of encouragement. I am up and about, grateful to God for his grace.”

It would be recalled that in a tweet on Twitter, in the late hours of Sunday, July 26, exactly 14 days ago, the Commissioner announced that he tested positive for the disease.
