The House, at its sitting on Tuesday, appointed the deputy speaker, Mr Segun Adewumi, as Chairman of the committee while Mr Sunday Akinniyi and Fajana Ojo-Ade would serve as members.

Speaker of the House, Mr Adeniran Alagbada, during a debate on a motion brought by the Leader of Business, Chief Gboyega Aribisogan, said the abrogation of the education tax was “a burden taken away from the people.”
