Ehikhamhen crowned miss diaspora Nigeria USA

Miss Oyemen Ehikhamhen has been crowned the new Miss Diaspora Nigeria USA.
The star-studded event which took place recently in Chicago on August 3rd was held amid pomp and pagentry.
At the end of the contest, Ehikhamhen who was the cynosure of all eyes, went home with $10,000 prize and a brand new Mercedes Benz.
Ehikhamhen who hails from Edo state, represented Rivers state in the contest.
Other winners were: Ugonma Ogbonna – 1st Runner-Up; Olusimisola Adeyingbo – 2nd Runner-Up; Rukayat Yusufu – Miss Diaspora Brand Ambassador Jacinta; Ojevwe – People’s Choice Award Winner.
In his remarks, Executive Producer, Dr. Emmanuel Osagie expressed deep gratitude to the various dignitaries who attended the event.
He said: “A heartfelt thank you to the esteemed dignitaries who honored us with their presence, including RMD, Fegho Umunubo, SA to the President on Digital & Creative Economy, Dr. Sam Uloho, Dr. Omolara Ezobi, Bitcoin Chief – Gaius Chibueze, Osita Duke Ugeh, Dr. Ngozi Ezike, Dr. Earnest Osas, and Nollywood Actress Doyin Kukoyi. Your support made this event unforgettable.

Giving an update for the next contest in 2025, he said: “Sponsorship opportunities are now open, and registration is available for Nigerians in America and Canada only.”
