THE Edo State Directorate of the National Orientation Agency (NOA) has again cautioned people against vote buying by desperate politicians during the March 9 House of Assembly election.
The state director, Mrs Grace Eseka Ewere who spoke in Benin yesterday during the agency sensitization campaign against vote buying and selling urged the electorate to come out en masse and vote candidates of their choice.

With the theme, “Say No To Vote Buying, Eseka advised the people to avoid violence before, during and after the election.
Accompanied by officials of the agency, she took the campaign to the Benin central motor park located at Obakhavbaye street and other public places including markets and major streets in Benin City, the Edo state capital.
She said: “Once you collect any amount from them and vote them into power, you have sold your future. Please vote your conscience and candidates of your choice by coming out and vote on Saturday, March 9th. And please do not sell your votes for Saturday, March 9th House of Assembly election in the state.”
