Nine aspirants who were screened by the Labour Party for the Edo State Gubernatorial Election come September have successfully scaled the committee hurdle to face the primary that would elect the flag-bearer.
The party in a memo sighted by Nigerian Tribune and signed by the Secretary of the Screening Committee, Umar Farouk showed that all nine aspirants who seek to be the flag-bearer of the party for the gubernatorial election in Edo were cleared successfully.
The nine aspirants include Dr. Angela Enimien Aburime Asom, Prince Tom Iseghohi, Barrister Kenneth Imansuangbon, Mr. Abegbe Ernest Osabhuohien, and Dr. Blessing Akele
The others are: Prof. Eboh Sunday Eromosele, Barrister Olumide Anthony Akpata, Dr. Mrs. Loretta Oduware Ogboroko, and Hon. Sergius Ogun.
