EGGS can be eaten in so many ways. It can be boiled, fried or made into omellette. But, boiled egg is the most common among people. However, you can vary how you eat your egg-based meal by trying peppered egg pudding.
Peppered egg pudding is a simple meal made from eggs and it, of course, retains all the nutrients and benefits known with eggs and more.
How to make egg pudding;
Break your eggs into a bowl, add pepper, salt, seasoning and onions (optional)
Whisk together well but avoid over-whisking to lessen the bubbles and foam. Pour it into a can or cellophane bag and leave it to cook for about 15 minutes. Then, your peppered egg pudding is ready.
Note: Frying is optional after cooking.
