Making this observation in an exclusive chat with Brands & Marketing, after his company had played host to the executive members of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), at the company’s premises in Lagos recently, Dr Adeoye stated that the positive response of the market to its Cake Store 9ja, a user friendly platform, where cakes can be shopped online, had shown how favourably disposed Nigerians are to online shopping.
While welcoming the NIMN executive members to the company’s premises, Dr Adeoye, expressed his company’s readiness to partner with the institute as a way lending support to the marketing profession in the state.
He added that the Group, which started as NIMCO Construction in 1987, had since given birth to other related companies as a result of growth and expansion of its operations.
“It is worthy of note that we are the foremost online cake hub in the country, with the introduction of a user-friendly platform, where cakes can be shopped and paid for online,” he stated.
