Popular musician, Ice K (Artquake), Olakunle Tomomewo, has unveiled another edifice and state-of-the-heart business apartment at Harmony Estate, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.
The two buildings worth multi-million naira according to the estate management firm that valued the properties were unveiled late last year.
The Atlanta fame, Ice K, who shuttles between Nigeria and the USA has been working on the project for the past five years and has a lot of business associates jointly working on the project, a source revealed.
Merging the opening ceremony of the edifice with his birthday made the event one in town as showbiz stars and celebrities stormed the event to rejoice with Ice K, who played a major role.
Music legend, Daddy Showkey congratulates Ice K on this project.
“ I felicitate with my brother and colleague in the entertainment industry. I met Artquake years back at Ile-ife where organisers of a show didn’t want to pay both Ice K and Adex after they performed at a concert. I told the organizers that if they didn’t pay Artquake, I would never perform. I returned to Lagos due to that love for the duo. Since then, we have been brothers. This project is eye-opener for the rising stars in the music industry today. I implore them to invest in property management. What also amazed the audience was the arrival of Tony Tetuila, the golden boy of Africa. He didn’t waste much time, he quickly grabbed the microphone from ace comedian, African Pencile G . He started performing his most accepted hit song, My Car. Fans couldn’t wait for their response; You Don Hit My Car, Oyinbo repete, Ego Better and other songs followed while on stage.
Koni Koni Love fame, Klever Jay mounted the stage. He paid his dues to celebrate Ice K.
Jazzman Olofin ignited fans with his hit songs.
Dullera later came late with his King of the Zanga songs. He performed lovely songs to rejoice with the celebrant.
DJ Bammy D, Charle Shee, and Fresh and others dazzled on the wheel. They dished out loads of music to the guests.
“I appreciate everyone that celebrates me. It emits that I am surrounded by amazing people”, Ice K said.
Other role calls were, Otunba K, Publisher of City Rovers, Kunle Rasheed, Producer of Primetime and Kennis Music, Dare Esan, Emmanuel Odole, Tijani Adegbola, Busola Oke, Kunle Afod, Gabriel Afolayan, Kelvin Ikeduba, Lade’ of the (Adulthood fame) and others made the day memorable.
The Luxury ICEMPIRE apartment and private party hub have a pool, lounge, game house, and a lot of leisure items where people can have private parties and have comforts, sources said.
The award-winning music star, Tomomewo Olakunle popularly known as Ice K (Artquake) has been in the music industry for more than three decades professionally.
