Dufil reaches out to Abuja vulnerable communities

Dufil Prima Foods Limited, makers of Indomie Instant Noodles, in partnership with Golan Helps Abuja Food Bank Initiative (GHAFBI) and Meluibe Foundation, recently distributed Indomie noodles cartons to vulnerable communities in Kuje and Kubwa Local Government Areas in Abuja, in line with its commitment to providing critical support for indigent communities.

The noodles brand donated a substantial quantity of noodle packs to various NGOs working to address food insecurity, in the country. These organizations play a crucial role in reaching remote and underserved areas.

Former Permanent Secretary, Budget and National Planning, and the CEO/Founder of GHAFBI, Olusola Idowu,  described GHAFBI’s partnership with Dufil as a big step towards addressing food insecurity and supporting vulnerable communities in Abuja.

The Executive Director, The Meluibe Empowerment Foundation,  Obialunanma Nnaobi-Ayodele, stated that the collaboration with the noodle brand is part of the fulfillment of the organisation’s vision to change the world, one step at a time, by providing relief and support to vulnerable communities, through collaborations and partnerships.

The Group Corporate Communications and Events Manager, Dufil Prima Foods Limited, Temitope Ashiwaju, also expressed delight at the opportunity to collaborate with NGOs and community leaders to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people facing food insecurity.
