Development Support Centre, Ibadan thrives on excellent service

While some hotels are closing down and winding up, a few others are not only surviving, but thriving despite the dearth of disposable fund occasioned by the recession.

These few hotels do not engage in magical enchantment of customers or embark on voodism, but only stimulating and lubricating the patronage traffic with their tradition of ensuring standards of ethical regulation laced with excellent service.

This is one of the strongest points of Development Support Centre, a unique hotel located opposite the Rotary House, Iyaganku GRA, Ibadan which has cultivated its crop of loyal patrons without embarking on a roof top propaganda or aggressive marketing.

To Development Support Centre Manager, Mr Oludare Olumide “the key into the heart of a customer is not only to offer him the best hotel facilities but to ensure the total consummation of his being in your hotel”.

He pointed out “You must appreciate that man who walks into your hotel, buy a room and decided to lay his head under your care. That man deserves absolute care, warmth, unparallel hospitality and unreserved affection. You are under the rule and ethic of international standards and hospitality to take him to the top of his world for being with you”

Mr Oludare said “Here at DSC, the focus is on that guest that walk in, the target is that the guest that walks in now should walks in again after he might have tasted the service, experienced the warmth  of the hotel and felt the affection showered on him by the workers here ‘This has been our selling points”.

Revealing the plans for the yuletide, Development Support Centre he said “realised that yuletide is  a majorly a family affair, we have retuned and refined our services in alliance with family engagement, fun and relaxation and that shows the brand of season’s decoration on ground. We are offering top notch service ever for our guests at Christmas. It is just for you to experience it. It is designed for the season this is in line of our tradition as laid down by the founder.  We thrive on excellent service. This is our mantra”.
