Developer targets April completion date for Pracht Gardens

Barring any unforeseen circumstance, Messrs Buildcon Global Services Limited, a first class construction and estate management company has set April 2017 as possible date for the completion of its new project, Pracht Gardens Estate.

The estate, located at Ikota, a short distance to Victoria Garden City (VGC), in the Lekki area of Lagos State, consists of 40 units of four/five-bedroom fully detached duplexes, including four-bedroom terraces, sitting  on 21,000 metres square of land.

The estate, according to the Managing Director/CEO of the firm, Mrs Bukuola Gadzama, was designed to offer what she called “a dream environment for aspirational lifestyle that offers unparalleled luxury, comfort and security.”

Besides, the estate, according to her,  boasts of a water treatment plant; fully paved road; suitable shopping centre; 24 hours security, electricity transformer; closed-circuit television (CCTV) security technology; ample parking space; power supply and distribution, street lights, recreational centre for children,  crèche as well as electrical fence wire.

Gadzama affirmed that to strengthen  the security in the estate, there is also electric fence wire powered 24 hours and patrol officers that engage in routine checks to curtail misconducts, protection of residents, as well as maintaining peace within the estate.

“In this period of insecurity, we have thought it wise to install modern technology that can track any movement within the environment and to ensure that subscribers get the right value for their money,” Gadzama stated.

Among the current subscribers to the estate are Mrs Juliet Onioma, an accountant based in Lagos, Joe Aforieh and Sandra Okonkwo, all who attested to the quality of the project work.

Onioma expressed her delight to see her dream of living in a very modern apartment come true, noting that Pracht Gardens Estate was a place that had all it took to keep a family happy.
