Oyo-Ita
President Muhammadu Buhari is set to swear in new ministers this morning at the presidential villa Abuja and thereafter assign portfolios to them.
Among the top government officials already present inside the Council Chambers, venue of the event is the Head of Service, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita, who was rumoured to have resigned from her position over allegations of fraud.
Oyo-Ita, who sat on her designated chair as the HoS, has already denied the resignation speculation.
It had been reported that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had linked some illicit transactions to her.

However, she had been conspicuously absent during the two-day presidential retreat for ministers-designate, permanent secretaries and top government officials, which ended on Tuesday, lending credence to the resignation rumour.
Her presence today at the presidential villa has now apparently dispelled the speculation around her for now.
