Democracy can only be sustained with credible candidates

Published by

NIGERIA is indeed on the march again. By 2019, we would have achieved 20 years of uninterrupted governance. However, today, we are at a crossroad. The milestone we have achieved prior to 2015 has all gone down the drain. In today’s 2018, Nigerians have never been so divided at any point in time than now.

It is based on the above that we all seek for a new beginning via a qualitative leadership style which is uncommon. Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo signifies the new beginning. He is young, dynamic and humble, no doubt. He is a consensus builder, a man of strong character who is unwavering once he is convinced that he is on the right path. In 2015, when Nigerians voted out incumbent governors of states controlled by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Governor Dankwambo was the only serving state executive from the North that survived the tsunami.

However, it must be noted that Alh. Dankwambo was never dissuaded from the primary focus and determination to lead his state, Gombe State. He was never intimidated by the blitzkrieg of the opposition propaganda at that time. The above quality is what endeared him to most Nigerians today.

On the above threshold, I believe Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo is capable of taking the nation to the next level. I am also  confident that he will lead Nigeria in the right direction. This is a clarion call on well meaning Nigerians to support Alhaji Dankwambo whenever he accepts to serve our great country in the capacity of President of the Federal republic of Nigeria.
