To improve efficient water supply in Delta, the state Urban water board in collaboration with United States Agency For International Development (USAID) is to commence the enumeration of its customers in towns that are currently covered with pipe network.
The towns include Asaba, Ogwashi Uku, Kwale, Agbor, Ozoro, Ughelli, Bomadi, Sapele, and Orerokpe.
The enumeration which will be carried out by Full plan Associate Nigeria Limited is expected to commence on November 11 and to last for five weeks.

The liaison officer of the organization, Mrs Ezenwa Ebele disclosed this at USAID E-WASH Delta state media quarterly round table meeting in Asaba.
According to her, at least 65,000 customers would be captured in the network.
She said the data would be for efficient consumption management and to know how much water is produced and supplied, which said will provide information necessary for future tariff studies and eventual restructuring customers Billing
In his remarks, the general manager of the board, Engr. Nosakhoro Idenedo Okonjo advised journalists to asses the board activities for necessary criticism and correction.
