The accused men are Righteous Ejiaru, 24; Sadiq Raheem, 21, and Opeyemi Hassan, 20.
Chief Magistrate Mr A.A. Fashola, who gave the ruling, said the three men should be kept behind bars, pending an advice from the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions.
The accused people, whose residential addresses were not provided, are facing a two-count charge of robbery and conspiracy.
Earlier, the Prosecuting Counsel, Police Sgt. Michael Unah told the court that the three men committed the offences on April 24 at 6.00 a. m. at Amuwo Odofin in Festac Town, Lagos.
Unah alleged the accused conspired and robbed an unidentified woman at gunpoint.
“The accused were caught by a mob that reported the case at a police station,” Unah said.
