Court orders Kaduna firm to forfeit N1.3bn to FG

The Federal High Court in Kaduna has ordered Indo Kaduna Marts JV Nigeria Limited to temporarily forfeit N1.373 billion to the Federal Government.

The court’s decision followed an application by the Federal Government, alleging that the funds were diverted into the private account of Indo Kaduna Marts JV Nigeria Limited.

The case has been adjourned to April 8, 2025.
