Contractor assures Gov Bago of quality, timely construction of 3-arm zone project

Niger state Government has been assured of the timely completion of the ongoing construction of the 3-arm zone project in the State.

 

The assurance was given by the Managing Director of the construction company, Thames and Hudson Limited, Arc. Baba Aliyu Garba who told the Governor, Umar Mohammed Bago, that his firm will deliver a qualitative and standard project that will stand the test of time.

 

Baba Garba stated this in an interactive with Journalists in Bauchi on Friday, saying that the firm signed a contract with the Niger state government for the construction of a modern 3-arm zone in the state.

 

He said that Thames and Hudson Limited was chosen for the prestigious 3-Arm zone project in Minna at the contract sum of N11.6 billion, assuring the Umar Bago of “Quality, Professional Capability and timely delivery of construction of the modern edifice  within the time frame.”

 

According to him, “Quality is our cornerstone, and it permeates every aspect of our work. From the selection of materials to the expertise of our workforce.”

 

“We will leave no stone unturned in our pursuit of perfection. Our team of professionals, comprising Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and skilled labourers, is driven by a shared dedication to excellence,” Baba Garba said.

 

According to him, “Our commitment extends beyond the construction itself. We are conscious of our work’s impact on the environment and the community.”

 

He added, “sustainability and social responsibility are integral components of our approach. We will employ eco-friendly practices, minimize waste, and ensure the well-being of the local populace throughout the project’s duration.”

 

The Managing Director further explained that for years, the 3-arm zone project has remained stagnant, a symbol of unfulfilled promises and unrealized dreams, “But with the visionary leadership of Governor Bago, we stand poised to breathe new life into this undertaking.”

 

He added that “We recognize the importance of this project, not only for the development of Minna but for the prosperity and progress of Niger State as a whole.”

 

The MD pointed out that the redevelopment of the 3-arm zone project encompasses critical aspects of infrastructure, office complexes, and housing for the esteemed legislators, executive officers, and judiciary.

 

He stressed, “It is a comprehensive undertaking that demands meticulous planning, precise execution, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. And it is precisely these qualities that we, as contractors, bring to the table.”

 

“We understand the weight of responsibility that rests upon our shoulders,” he added.

 

“The success of this project hinges upon our ability to deliver remarkable results, and we are fully aware of the trust placed in us. Rest assured, we will not disappoint the Governor and the people of the state,” The MD stressed.

 

Baba Garba said that they are glad Governor Umar Bago expressed his satisfaction with the selection of Thames and Hudson Limited for the multi-billion Naira project.

 

He then emphasised the need for strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timely completion.
