Consolidate on your good work, Oba of Benin tells Buhari

In a statement in Benin yesterday, Oba Ewuare II prayed God to give the victorious Buhari the wisdom and the wherewithal to steer the ship of the nation to the next level in the next four years.

The Benin monarch prayed to God to continue to give the president good health, wisdom and the wherewithal to steer the ship of the nation to the next level.

He wrote: “I have no doubt that your Excellency will further improve on the good works which you have carried out since your administration came into being in 2015.”

Oba Ewuare 11 concluded: “On behalf of the Benin royal family, members of aero State Council of Traditional Rulers, chiefs and the entire good people of Edo state, I congratulate Your Excellency for your recent victory at the presidential polls which gave Your Excellency the opportunity to serve for another four years as president of our great country, Nigeria.”
