Lead Pastor of Gateway to Heaven Ministry, Ifeanyichukwu Lawrence has proffered solutions to challenges bedeviling Nigeria.
The cleric, who has presented a bill: “Nigeria Transition to Theocracy Bill 2023,” sponsored by the messianic-Judaism church to the National Assembly, made the disclosure on Friday at his church auditorium in Warri, Delta State.
The bill of eight sections, which prescribed a name-change from Nigeria to the Sovereign Theocratic State of Saints (STSS), was presented to the 10th National Assembly on June 21, 2023.
He said the bill, if passed, is designed to “transit Nigeria from satanic occult-control political system of government to Godly theocratic rule in accordance with the bill specifications so as to salvage Nigeria from occultic politicians who are at the verge of collapse of Nigeria in the muddy trenches of bad governance, corruption, corruption, poverty, ethno-religious conflict and unsustainable debt etc.”
In the bill, a copy of which was obtained by Tribune Church, reeled out the various ills including corruption, maladministration and killings plaguing Nigeria and how the bill, if passed into law, will stamp them out.
Delay in passing the bill into an act, the cleric warned, will lead to “abysmal situations of insolvency and of a failed state with consequential effect of wide range kidnapping for money ritual activity, advance free fraud, robbery, prostitution and ethno-religious arms upheaval of genocidal and other war crimes against humanity eventuality in Nigeria.”
To ensure a speedy reading and passage of the bill into law, Pastor Lawrence, initiated a petition for patriotic Nigerians to fill, detach and submit the petition for onward submission to members of the National Assembly.
