ChocParty set to unite youths in Ibadan with ‘We Outside!’ theme

The highly anticipated ChocParty 2024, Ibadan’s largest youth and family event, has announced its 13th edition for December 26. The event will be hosted at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan, with the theme ‘We Outside!’. According to  Oluwajare Fola-Bolumole, the event is set to deliver a unique blend of games, music, and community spirit, solidifying its reputation as the ultimate holiday celebration for young people and families.

Founded over a decade ago by his ChocBoy Brand, ChocParty has grown exponentially, attracting over 15,000 attendees annually and engaging the community with activities that go beyond entertainment. This year’s event promises a thrilling lineup of new games, interactive zones, and surprise performances. Attendees can look forward to stage performances, fun competitions, prizes, and the lively spirit that ChocParty is known for.

“ChocParty has always been about more than just fun,” said Oluwajare Fola-Bolumole, founder of The ChocBoy Brand. “It’s about creating an inclusive space where young people feel inspired, celebrated, and connected. With this year’s ‘We Outside!’ theme, we’re inviting everyone to step out, connect, and end the year on a high note.”

There will surprise guest appearances. ChocParty’s partnership with the Women Against Waste Initiative underscores the event’s commitment to sustainability. This collaboration focuses on reducing plastic waste at the event while supporting local women through financial empowerment. Additionally, ChocParty sponsors the Charity Event of the Year Award in partnership with Blingz Events and Awards, highlighting their dedication to community betterment”, he said.
