Chef Nitaa’s Culinary hub celebrates International Women’s Day with free culinary class

In a heartwarming celebration of International Women’s Day, Chef Nitaa’s Culinary Hub, Bodija, Ibadan, hosted a free culinary class, empowering women with practical cooking skills and promoting healthy eating.

The special cooking class, which drew in a diverse group of amazing women, focused on creating delicious and nutritious meals. Under the expert guidance of Chef Nitaa, participants learned how to prepare chicken and fish stocks, rich in collagen, which supports healthy skin, aids digestion, and promotes joint health.

In a fun and interactive session, the women also practiced sustainability and waste management by crafting a salad and fillet from the remains of the stock. The atmosphere was exciting , with Chef Nitaa sharing valuable insights on ingredient selection and preparation.

As the class came to a close, the participants shared the meals they had prepared, bonding over conversations on fun and relatable topics. The event was a resounding success, empowering women with the skills and confidence to elevate their everyday cooking while prioritizing their well-being.

“This event was more than just a cooking class – it was a celebration of women’s empowerment and community,” said Chef Nitaa. “We believe that food has the power to bring people together and promote positive change.”
