Celebrating Alaafin at 79.

Published by
Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi

The Alaafin of Oyo, is 79. He has spent 46 years on the throne.

Since his enthronement, Oyo  has improved tremendously. It has become a Mecca for foreigners who are conducting studies on African culture. This has elevated Nigeria above some other nations around the world.

I admonish all Oyo indigenes in the diaspora to come home and establish industries, just like the late Alhaji Adekunle Haruna  and Prince Jibola Afonja did. Once again, I wish his majesty long life and prosperity.
