Candace Ebhomielen-Uaboi honored as GAH real estate developer 2024

The prestigious GAHAWARDS 2024 highlighted top achievers in various fields, and Candace Ebhomielen-Uaboi, the Managing Director and CEO of Blue Dutch Limited, stood out as the GAH Real Estate Developer 2024. The award recognizes her exceptional leadership and transformative work in the Nigerian real estate industry.

“This award is a huge honor,” Candace said during her acceptance speech. “It represents years of dedication, innovation, and the trust our clients have placed in us. I am incredibly grateful.”

Candace’s success story is rooted in her childhood passion for design and construction. After earning a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Benson Idahosa University, she transitioned into real estate, where she quickly established herself as a force to be reckoned with.

In 2018, she co-founded Blue Dutch Limited, which initially focused on marketing before rebranding in 2022 to specialize in real estate development and sales. Today, Blue Dutch Limited is renowned for delivering secure investments and high-quality properties, thanks to Candace’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

“Our clients trust us because we prioritize transparency, reliability, and quality,” she explained. “Every project is a step toward redefining what real estate can be in Nigeria.”

The award comes as a crowning achievement in a year marked by significant milestones. Blue Dutch successfully allocated nearly all its estates, further cementing its reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. Candace’s leadership has also driven the company to expand its services, focusing on tailored investment solutions for its clients.

“We’ve had an incredible year, and this recognition is the icing on the cake,” she shared. “It’s a testament to our team’s hard work and the loyalty of our clients.”

Candace’s impact goes beyond the real estate industry. As a philanthropist and passionate football fan, she supports grassroots football development and community initiatives through Rotary. Her holistic approach to leadership combines business success with community building.

“Real estate is about creating opportunities,” she said. “Whether it’s for investors, homeowners, or communities, we aim to make a difference.”

Candace Ebhomielen-Uaboi’s recognition as GAH Real Estate Developer 2024 solidifies her position as a leading figure in Nigeria’s real estate sector and an inspiring example of how passion and dedication can drive meaningful change.
