Can I still have a baby at 45?

I just turned 45 and will like to have one more baby before I reach menopause. However, I am scared with all I have been reading concerning women who have babies late in their lives. Kindly advise.

While it is possible for you to have ababy at age 45 years, the truth is that pregnancy at that age is fraught with many complications ranging from Hypertension to Bleding disorders among other complaints. If however, you still desire to have a baby, you will need to do so under a close medical supervision in order to reduce the possibilities of any adverse developments.
