I want to know if I can be pregnant if I have sex two days to my period.

Nigeria’s former President Shehu Shagari is dead

Yes, you can. Although a woman can only get pregnant during her fertile period she can still get pregnant if she has sex anytime close to her ovulation. This is more so because sperm can live within the womb for up to 72 hours.  Generally, you ovulate the week before your period however that is just the average.  Some women don’t ovulate until after their period, and others ovulate during their period.  Therefore, if you must have sex at all always have protected sex.  It is the only way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
