President Muhammadu Buhari
THE national chairman of the Action Alliance (AA), Dr Tunde Anifowose-kelani has declared that President Muhammadu Buhari’s emergence as Nigeria’s president-elect is an affirmation of the people’s confidence in him and his government.
Anifowose-Kelani who made this known in a congratulatory message to the president added that the chance given the president for a second term by the electorates is an opportunity for his administration to maintain a healthier and stronger economy.
According to him, the affirmation at the polls reveals a high level of confidence which political sentiments cannot erode. He added that “your re-election is a testimony to the level of confidence the people have in your experience, sense of engagement, devotion to service and the protection of the interests of the country especially as they relate to the prosperity, wellbeing and security of Nigerians.”

“On your re-election as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I would like to, on behalf of the Action Alliance party (AA) and its members extend to you our warmest congratulations and best wishes. I wish you continued success in fulfilling the lofty mission”
He urged all opposition parties to endeavour and prevail on members and admirers to eschew bitterness and violence, adding that, ‘they must be prevailed upon to understand that politics is a game in which there must be only one winner as ordained by God
