Buhari’s government and godfatherism

Published by

It is like the government of President Muhammadu Buhari is favourable to the strong, familiar and those with advantage of office or position to sit tight, creating the impression of corruption, godfatherism about his administration.

This in indicting for government when close allies of the president alleged of various vices retain their position and alleged corrupt office holders  retain or winning back positions after tenure elapse by dubious means of extension fueling speculation of favorism and  advantage of strength of connection or position to dominate or suppress poor citizens. Almost all the heads of MDAs are now hopeful or seeking extension of office after tenure or retirement now.
