Buhari launches new Nigerian visa policy

President Muhammadu Buhari has launched the new Nigerian Visa Policy (NVP) 2020 which breaks down the country’s visa categories from six to seventy-nine classes.

He performed the ceremony at the presidential villa, Abuja on Tuesday.

Explaining the rationale for creating the new classes, Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, told State House correspondents that it was to enhance security and ease of doing business.
