Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority (SRRBDA) has said that President Muhammadu Buhari is a leader who recognises and rewards honesty, hardwork and dedication in service to humanity.
The authority stated this in Abuja, when its board members led by the Managing Director, Engineer Buhari Muhamed, paid a congratulatory visit to the Chairman of the board, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu.
Speaking on behalf of the board, Honourable Godwin Bazari, commended President Buhari over the appointment of the board chairman as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister of State.
Bazari, according to a statement endorsed by the Special Assistant, Media to the FCT minister of state, Mr Austine Elemue, noted the enormous contributions of Dr Aliyu and described her as a skilled mobilizer and a nation builder.

“We are here on behalf of Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority to celebrate you for your tenacity and to commend President Muhammadu Buhari for your well-deserved appointment as Minister of State for FCT.

“Your appointment is not just well deserved, but a demonstration that President Muhammadu Buhari is a rewarder of honesty and hardwork”.
Responding, the FCT minister of state, Dr Aliyu, thanked the board members for the honour done to her, just as she pledged to keep the flag flying.
