President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday departed Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for Abuja, the Nigerian federal capital.
A video posted on Twitter by Buhari’s assistant on Digital Communications, Tolu Ogunlesi showed that UAE hosted Buhari to a departure ceremony on Tuesday.
He left the Arab country 6.15pm local time.

His departure came on the heels of meetings with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi His Highness, Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi, Nigerian Community in UAE and some of the top-tier businessmen in the UAE from the Energy, Infrastructure, Property Development, Hotels, Hospitality, Food Processing and Retail sectors.
The President had travelled to the Arab country on Sunday on the invitation of the UAE Vice-President/Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
He had participated in the 2019 Edition of Annual Investment Forum, where he had also delivered a keynote address.
