BREAKING: Senate, Reps set to pass 2019 Appropriation bill

The National Assembly has commenced the consideration of the 2019 Appropriation bill of N8.9trillion

The bill was laid on the floor of both Senate and House of Representatives last week Tuesday.

However, the lawmakers resolved to defer the consideration of the Appropriation bill till the next legislative day.

As at the time of filing this report, the Supplementary Order Paper which contained the details of the actual amount approved by both chambers was being printed.
