No fewer than 40 people have been trapped under the rubble after a building collapsed in Sabon Lugbe area of the nation’s capital city, Abuja.
The incident happened on Saturday, and sympathizers and emergency workers are at the scene trying to rescue those currently under the rubble.

“People are under this rubble. It is a building under construction.
We are calling on the government and relevant agencies to come and rescue those who are trapped here,” an eyewitness disclosed to newsmen.
