Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Malam Muhammad Musa Bello
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), on Tuesday, disclosed that it had discovered over 215 abandoned buildings within the territory, vowing to review the circumstances behind the abandoned structures.

It also announced another 95 uncompleted buildings in which six were without approval, saying the exercise, which was in line with the laws that established the FCTA, was not targeted at individuals but to ensure sanity within the area.
Executive Secretary, Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Engineer Umar Gambo Jibrin, made this announcement while addressing newsmen after the weekly FCTA Executive Council meeting in Abuja.
